Our policy is:
Be flexible, adapt to customer’s requests, and put them into immediate practice. We focus on providing suitable blades for each customer with small lot production rather than making ordinary blades for mass production.
Raw materials used to make our cutting rules always meet Nakayama standards, which are far tougher than JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) in all respects. Nakayama quality is maintained in every process even back to the procuring of raw materials.
Die-cutting by cutting rules is one of the most effective working methods worldwide. Therefore, although Nakayama is little known in the overseas market, we feel that there is a good chance of international business success.
Our aim is to have a leading position in cutting rule technology, but not in its price competition. Quite the contrary, we want to create a future where Nakayama cutting rules cannot be replaced with others.
When it comes to blade thickness, we are working on the finest allowance in the industry. While supplying conventional products consistently, we are aggressively adapting newly developed technologies and materials so that we can satisfy our customer’s needs.
